Free Shipping: Orders over 3,999 EGP (non-discounted items only)
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- Product must be in original, new condition, unworn with tags attached
- Requests must be made within 14 days from receiving your order
- Refund will be issued using the same payment method
Important: Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
Discounted & Sale Items
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale can be exchanged for:
- A different size, color, or design of the same item
- An item within the same product category (subject to availability)
Buy X Get Y Promotions: Items from these offers cannot be refunded individually. All items must be returned for a refund.
Refunds for discounted items are accepted. We do not reserve items or delay exchanges for upcoming restocks.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer:
- Free exchange or full refund (based on your preference)
- Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order
